Only 5,000 subscribers were able to send their pictures in to Wired in order to appear on the cover of their personal copy for the July "personalization" issue. That's a measure of something, isn't it?
I'm jealous... as a (mildly vain) woman, I would much rather be one of 5,000 people to send in a picture of myself and have it slapped on the cover of Vogue... if only that's how modeling worked. However, the cover of Wired gives one an air of nerditude and intelligence that you just don't get from Vogue.
